  • एक गिलास पानी
  • एक चम्मच जीरा
  • एक चम्मच अदरक (कद्दूकस किया हुआ)
  • आधा नीबू
  • दो चम्मच शहद
  • आधा चम्मच काला नमक


  • सॉस पैन में पानी लें।
  • जीरा और अदरक के साथ अच्छी तरह उबालें।
  • इसे एक गिलास में छान लें। इसे ठंडा करें।
    • इसमें नींबू निचोड़ें, शहद और काला नमक डालें और मिला ले।
    • और आपका जीरा-अदरक ड्रिंक तैयार हो गया अब इसका रोज सुबह खाली पेट सेवन करें।

How normal person can avoid Diabetes?

Healthy lifestyle is important to avoid non communicable diseases which includes

  1. Healthy diet, which includes high intake of healthy foods like vegetables, fruits, nuts, whole grains, healthy fats, and omega-3 fatty acids, and reduced intake of unhealthy foods like red and processed meats, sugar-sweetened beverages, trans fat, and sodium.
  2. Healthy physical activity at least 30 minutes per day either moderate / vigorous activity daily.
  3. Healthy body weight, defined as a normal body mass index (BMI), which is between 18.5 and 24.9.To keep viscleral fat below 10 is also very very essential to avoid diseases like diabetes
  4. No Smoking
  5. Good night sleep which includes 7-8 hours of sleep daily.

It could allow you to reach a wide swath of customers quickly. Identifying those partnerships might be easier said than done. But, look out for companies that are complementary to your own. Contact them and propose opportunities for working together.

Identify new opportunitiesAnalyze new opportunities in your business by understanding your demographic better. Understand everything from distribution channels to your direct competitors, and even an analysis of foreign markets and other potential industries. There are likely dozens of new opportunities you could pursue immediately with the proper amount of analysis.

Create a customer loyalty program.Loyalty programs are great ways to increase sales. It costs up to three times more money to acquire new customers than it does to sell something to an existing customer. Other resources pin this number anywhere from four to 10 times more. However, any way that you slice it, acquiring new customers is expensive.

Frasier says that building a customer loyalty program will help you retain customers. It might also help you attract new ones as well. If there’s a clear incentive to spend more money with you, it’ll pay off in the long run. Build an attractive loyalty program and make it accessible to your existing customers and watch sales skyrocket over time.

Last question, what is your short message to the masses to acquire healthy lifestyle?

 It is necessary for every one to keep their weight in normal range and specially visceral fat need to be monitored. Physical activity for at least 30 min five times a week, Healthy diet which includes 5-7 serving of fruits and veggies, nuts, seeds, etc. A part from this maintaing Good night sleep and stress management is also a part of healthy living .Body composition analysis twice a year and Blood test  at least once a year can help a person to diagnose diseases earlier and stay away from teh aches and pains of losing health, money and relationships.
