The Spring Theatre Festival will be organized from 30th April, 2019 and will culminate on 5th May, 2019.

• The 6-day long festival will stage plays in Nepali, Multi-Lingual languages and nonverbal.
• STF is organised by National School of Drama (NSD), an autonomous institution under the Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India and one of the foremost theatre training
institutions in the world.

4th Spring Theatre Festival (STF), Spring Theatre Festival was
initiated by National School of Drama, Sikkim Theatre Training Centre along with Repertory
Company, is all set to bring its bouquet of plays, interactive sessions, and other cultural events to
cheer up the summer evenings of theatre enthusiasts in the city.
The inaugural ceremony is scheduled to be organised on 30th April, 2019 at Sriram Centre
auditorium, 6:00 PM followed by the performance of ‘Hami Nai Afai Aaf’, directed by Shri
Bipin Kumar.
The festival, which enters its 4 th edition this year and very first time organised in Delhi.
The Press Conference was addressed by Shri Suresh Sharma, Director–In charge, NSD, Shri
Bipin Kumar, Center Director, Sikkim Theatre Training Centre (NSD) and Dr. Abhilash Pillai,
Associate Professor & Centre In-charge (NSD). The authorities have briefed about the festival
and journey till now.
